On 1940-09-02, Pilot A R Collins (Squadron Leader, RAF) with an unknown servicenumber, flew a Spitfire I with serial R6806 for this duty: Patrol. His mission was not completed. Circumstances of the aircraft loss: Returned damaged. This aircraft was a part of squadron no. 72. The location for the map is the English Channel.
