242 Halifaxes of 4 and 6 Groups and 21 Pathfinder Lancasters dispatched but recalled because of deteriorating weather in England. All aircraft landed safely.
Minor Operations: 4 Mosquitoes to Pforzheim and 2 each to Cologne and DÜSSELDORF but only Pforzheim (where 11 people were killed) was reached, 7 aircraft minelaying in an unrecorded area. No aircraft lost.
