35 Hampdens and Wellingtons; 17 claimed to have bombed primary targets. No losses. Wilhelmshaven reports 1 house burnt down, a barn destroyed by an exploding Flak shell and a boy killed by a falling Flak-shell splinter.
Minor Operations: 11 Wellingtons to Turin and 5 Hampdens minelaying in the Baltic north of Lbeck. 1 Wellington, of 9 Squadron, returning from Turin force-landed in Vichy France and the crew destroyed the plane by fire before being interned.
