99 Infantry Battalion (Separate) (USA) to Villers-en-Arthies

The unit became attached to Combat Command "A" of the Second Armored Division for another attack on the morning of the 30th of August. Six more objectives were taken with only negligible enemy resistance encountered. The final objective was the woods north of the town of Villers in orthies (Villers-en-Arthies, Val-d'Oise, Île-de-France, FV?) and on the evening of the same day the unit command post was established in that town and the final objective was secured.
