On 15th August, 3rd/4th CLY with two companies of 2nd KRRC continued the advance through very thick "bocage" on the left of 44th RTR as far as Treprel, where determined resistance by enemy infantry, backed up by SP anti-tank guns, held them up until the afternoon, by which time 44th RTR had come up on their right, after dealing with the enemy on the west edge of Treprel.
