On 1941-09-17, Pilot C Budzalek (Pilot Officer, PAF) with servicenumber P.0793 flew a Spitfire V with serial W3524 for this duty: Circus 95. His mission was not completed. Circumstances of the aircraft loss: Failed to return pm. Collided with Bf.109 from JG26, the German pilot baled out and survived. This aircraft was a part of squadron no. 308. The location for the map is the English Channel. Circumstances at the end of this mission for Budzalek: he was killed. He is commemorated at: Longuenesse (St Omer) Souvenir Cemetery Pas De Calais, France.
