| Incident | Shot down by a nightfighter flown by Adamski. Crashed at Wierden {Overijssel}. It is believed that the bombs did not explode. A picture of the crash location suggest so. The Germans probably put all of the wreckage in the crater.There is a chance that the human remains of the other crew members, and the bomb load, are still at this location.The Dutch Airforce is investigating the possibilities for excavation October 2005. |
