COLOGNE
68 aircraft - 33 Wellingtons, 20 Hampdens, 15 Whitleys. The target was difficult to find. 29 crews claimed to have bombed at Cologne with a further 34 crews believing that they had bombed in the target area, but Cologne has no reports of any bombs. No aircraft were lost.
BREST
38 Wellingtons and 9 Stirlings. No losses.
Minor Operations: 9 Wellingtons to Ostend, 3 Wellingtons to Dunkirk, 17 Hampdens minelaying in the Frisians and off Kiel. No losses.
