Crews reported good bombing in moonlight and Hamburg records confirm that more damage and casualties were caused than on average raids for this period. It is believed that 27 people were killed and 129 injured and that there were 10 to 12 fires but the table of figures consulted is not clear.
Minor Operations: 17 aircraft to Cherbourg, 5 Hampdens minelaying in Kiel Bay. No losses.
